Taking the Leap: Starting Your Business Without a Business Degree

Taking the Leap: Starting Your Business Without a Business Degree

Hello there, fellow mompreneurs!

Are you feeling stuck in your entrepreneurial journey? 🤔 Do you have a great business idea but lack the confidence to take the first step? 💡 Well, you're not alone! 💕 Many aspiring entrepreneurs feel paralyzed by their lack of knowledge or experience in starting a business. But here's the thing: you don't need to know everything to get started. 💡

I'm here to share my top tools, which helped me build my thriving private practice and will help you take your next step toward achieving your business goals.

1. Read-Read-Read: 📚

The beauty of the digital age is that information is readily available at our fingertips. 💻 There's no excuse not to educate yourself on the topics that interest you. Reading books, articles, and blogs can provide valuable insights and inspiration for your business. 💡 Here are some of my favorite books that helped me gain focus and motivation:

* "Start With Why" by Simon Sinek

* "The Big Leap" by Gay Hendricks

* "12 Week Year" by Brian Moran and Michael Lennington

* "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey

* "Atomic Habits" by James Clear

2. Find a Mentor:

Having a mentor can make a significant difference in your business journey. A mentor can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights from their experiences. Don't be afraid to reach out to people who have achieved what you want to achieve.  One of my mentors, Jen Shepherd, made opening my private practice possible. People want to help and want to see you succeed, so don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

3. Network:

Surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who share our passion and drive can be incredibly motivating. Join online or in-person groups, attend conferences, and participate in workshops. These networks can provide valuable resources, feedback, and opportunities for collaboration.

One of my favorite online networks is the Like-Minded Collective. It's a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers dedicated to supporting and uplifting each other. Being part of this community has helped me connect with others who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of being a mompreneur. 💕

4- Marketing:

Creating a fantastic product or service means nothing if nobody knows about it. That's why marketing is so important. It's essential to have a solid marketing plan in place to get your product or service in front of the right people.

I recently discovered the Organic Ecosystem Marketing Course, which has been a game-changer for my business. This course taught me how to create a marketing plan that aligns with my values and goals and how to use Google to bring clients to my door.

As a gift from one mompreneur to another, I want to share a free marketing and SEO video with you. This video will help you start your marketing journey and provide the tools you need to succeed. 🎁

So, hold your head up high, moms! Let's support each other and lift each other. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and with the right mindset and support, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. 💖
